About Kristina

I was raised in New York, and I know these neighborhoods the way you only can from living them, not studying a map.

That firsthand sense of the city, which blocks feel right for whom, how areas differ street by street, shapes how I guide every client.

Over more than fifteen years, I have worked nearly every side of the real estate business. I founded and ran my own residential brokerage. I led sales and marketing at an agency built specifically for real estate, running lead generation and paid ad campaigns and building full marketing systems for agents and teams. And I have been the operational engine behind busy brokers: managing the research, building the marketing, running transactions from contract to close, and designing the systems that keep nothing from slipping.

Today I bring all of it to my own clients. Most agents have done one part of this business well. I have done most of them, and that range is exactly what makes working with me feel different: organized, data-driven, and genuinely handled. I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Compass, representing buyers and sellers across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
